Is this a one-time cost or yearly?+
Development is a one-time charge. Hosting for Year 1 is included in Packages 1 & 3; from Year 2 onward, hosting renewal costs approximately ₹1,000–₹3,000 depending on your plan.
How long does it take to build?+
Your website is ready in 2–3 days. The Android app takes 4–5 days to build, plus 1–2 weeks for Google Play Store verification — that part is on Google's side, not ours.
Do you charge commission on orders?+
No. Unlike Swiggy or Zomato, we don't take a cut of your sales. You keep 100% of every order placed through your own website or app.
Can I edit the menu myself later?+
Yes. You get an admin dashboard — just like Swiggy/Zomato's seller panel — to add, edit or remove items anytime, right from your phone.
Can I make changes after the site is live?+
Before launch, we customise freely — colours, layout, branding, all of it. After launch, minor edits are possible, but a full redesign is treated as a separate, paid engagement.
Who brings customers to my new website?+
Driving traffic is on your side — for example, redirecting your existing Swiggy/Zomato customers to your own website via a QR code or pamphlet. We can also discuss SEO support separately.
What documents do I need for online payments?+
For Razorpay setup you'll need PAN, bank account details, and a business proof such as FSSAI, GST or Shop License — we guide you through the whole process.
Whose Play Store / App Store account is the app published on?+
Ideally your own Google Play Developer and Apple Developer accounts — this way the app and its future stay fully in your name. If you don't have one, we can publish it on our developer account instead, with a yearly charge applicable for maintaining that listing.
